new form of torture

Gen is going postal. They are "testing" the new fire alarm system here in the building I work. I believe it is a new torture mechanism they have invented to drive us all crazy for the next 45 mins. Sadly since we have to cover the phones until 6pm, I can't just bolt!!!

"May I have your attention please..." And it includes a flashing strobe light. Glad I'm not epileptic.

grrr.....

Why not just chain us too our desks and make us listen to Yanni?
