Cookies

This is going to be a quickie post, sorry guys. More on Ymir later, but I had a blast, and avoided the A&S competition. :)

So, after Curia, Kevin points to this cute framed poster on the wall of the great hall. It says "We're a Community" on a big sign and at the focal point is a lemonade stand piled high with chocolate chip cookies. The sign on the stand says "Everybody Welcome! Have a Cookie!" Then you notice all these cute little animal creatures eating cookies and wearing t-shirts that say "I Belong"

Hee hee hee, I'll leave you to draw your own conclusions about that. But next time you are at Camp Kanata in Wake Forest, NC make sure to find that cute poster. ;-)

The other great thing I heard on Sat was from the wisdom of Bera. I don't remember the context, but somebody had said, this (The SCA) is just a game. Bera piped up to the effect that "The SCA is a game, but the relationships are real." Ah, out of the mouth of babes...

Bera is a babe, as in hottie, not babe as in young.
